Practice Schedule
Bring your paperwork to Hammond Hills Suburban Club on July 31.
*Make sure physicals are current and dated after April 1, 2026.
*Make sure you downloaded the correct physical forms that require FOUR signatures...two swimmer, two parent.
*Turn in ALL forms that can be downloaded from the TEAM HANDBOOK page and bring to HHSC on July 31.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE WATER WITHOUT A PHYSICAL FORM CORRECTLY FILLED OUT.
Try Outs are August 3-5. You MUST attend each try out session at Hammond Hills Suburban Club. If you do not attend without a sufficient excuse (illness, death in the family, etc.), you will not make the team.
-->Starting August 6, regular practice will resume Mondays - Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:30 at HHSC unless otherwise specified.
